Thank you for purchasing efficient heating and cooling equipment! EmPOWER Maryland utilities would like to learn more about your experience purchasing this equipment in order to improve their energy-efficiency programs. This short survey should only take about 15 minutes.
EmPOWER Maryland utilities have contracted with Guidehouse and Cadmus to conduct this study. Please be assured that all data collected as part of this study will be kept strictly confidential and used only for research purposes. All personal information will be removed from the data and the data will be aggregated and analyzed with that of many other residents in your region.
