Mass Save Appliance Recycling Program Video
CHALLENGE
Good customer experience is paramount in driving participation in programs that require outside companies to make house calls and interfere with people’s daily routine. The sponsors of Mass Save sought a means to inform their customers on the benefits of their Appliance Recycling Program, and more importantly, show how easy and convenient it is to participate.
STRATEGY
The Cadmus team helped the sponsors overcome their challenge by conducting a “ride along” video shoot with the program implementer to capture a customer’s experience from initial contact to removal of their old fridge. Capturing an authentic and unscripted customer reaction to the program helped convey expectations to other potential participants.
RESULTS
The video helped set expectations for what customers will experience from participating in the Appliance Recycling Program. It also provided the sponsors with a customer testimonial and further insights on what motivates their customers to action.
