Amy has more than 30 years of experience providing executive management services to government agencies, public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. Her deep understanding of environmental programs, education and outreach, and organizational effectiveness helps ensure Cadmus delivers extraordinary results to clients.
Amy is also President of The Nature Generation. Previously, she was Co-founder and CEO of the Marasco Newton Group, overseeing more than 350 employees, managing high-profile projects and leading executive strategic planning sessions for clients.
In addition to the Cadmus board, Amy serves on the Middleburg Bank Regional Board and numerous community boards, including Visit Loudoun, Hillsboro Public Charter Academy School Board, and Friends of the Historic Old Stone School. She is an elected public official serving as a member of the Hillsboro Town Council. She has also served on the corporate boards of Sanford Cohen and Associates, Project Performance Corporation, and the Marasco Newton Group. She is a past member of the executive committee of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia and a former member of the Whittaker Foundation.
Amy holds a master’s in environmental planning from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
