Anne Jaffe Murray

With nearly three decades of experience supporting the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water, Anne is a leading authority on drinking water regulations, particularly the Agency’s Lead and Copper Rule (LCR). She has extensive experience in the federal regulatory development process, writing and editing regulatory implementation materials, and conducting technical reviews.

Anne has led Cadmus’ support to EPA in its revisions to the LCR in 2000 and 2007 and development of the LCR Long-Term Revisions. She also manages rule development support for EPA’s regulation clarifying the Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act (RLDWA) of 2011. In addition, she has managed Cadmus’ support for the Office of Water’s ongoing efforts to strengthen science and promote more effective coordination and integration of scientific research within the agency.

Anne holds a dual Master of Public Health and MBA in environmental management from Tulane University.
