Bob Brown leads business development and growth initiatives for the homeland security sector at Cadmus. He has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the federal space, encompassing strategic account leadership, business development, and delivery in many agencies across the federal government. Bob has led technology pursuits and projects that include system development and modernization, Agile delivery, web and digital services, user experience and human-centered design, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud services. Previously, he focused on building regulatory compliance in areas that included building and energy conservation codes, indoor air quality, and accessible buildings and facilities.
Bob has a master’s degree in information and telecommunication systems from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Maryland. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as a Scaled Agile Certified SAFe Agilist (SA).
