Deanne B. Criswell is a principal at Cadmus leading engagement with state and local homeland security and emergency management clients. “Deanne is a highly respected national leader in overseeing the federal response to disasters and we are very excited to have her join the Cadmus team,” said Ian Kline, Cadmus president and CEO. “Deanne’s addition to our homeland security sector offers yet another example of Cadmus’ commitment to providing the exceptional technical expertise and experience necessary to help our clients achieve their critical missions.” Her career includes executive experience in federal, military, and local government response to complex incidents and disasters.
As the leader of one of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) National Incident Management Assistance Team (N-IMAT) and as a federal coordinating officer, Deanne was the point person for federal coordination with governors, mayors, and Whole Community leaders in a range of disasters across the country. In addition to service in the National Guard, she was the Manager of the Office of Emergency Management for the City of Aurora, Colorado, where she led strategic change in the city’s emergency and disaster planning.
