Emily unifies clean energy policy expertise and proven stakeholder engagement methods to ensure the best outcomes for multi-stakeholder consultations on clean energy issues. She helps clients, from governments to regional and multilateral institutions, develop and implement clean energy policies, programs, and strategies.
At Cadmus, Emily leads New York State’s flagship NY-Sun PV Trainers Network (PVTN), which provides education and training on best practices for solar PV development to local government officials. She specializes in clean energy policy in the Caribbean region, having worked with the governments of St. Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, and St. Kitts and the Nevis, among others, and also serves as a policy expert through the Clean Energy Solutions Center.
Emily previously worked at the World Resources Institute, where she supported in international climate change finance projects. She holds a master’s degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College.
