Gerry has more than 20 years of experience in analyzing claims for environmental damages, conducting financial audits, and helping clients, including the Department of Justice and U.S. Attorney’s Offices, achieve claim settlements in dozens of Superfund cases.
He is an expert on Superfund liability, allocation, cost recovery analysis, and National Contingency Plan compliance and has testified in U.S. District Court, the Court of Federal Claims, and state courts. He also has extensive experience in the investigation and settlement of commercial insurance claims related to environmental property damage and bodily injury claims stemming from workplace exposure to asbestos, dust, noise, and molds.
Gerry has a bachelor’s degree in finance, is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and is a registered private investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
