John’s experience in law and management, acquired in executive positions at three major firms, helps Cadmus deliver extraordinary results to our clients with needs related to energy and the environment.
At General Electric, where John served as Chief Environmental Counsel, he managed the company’s largest remediation and tort liabilities, developed innovative approaches to reduce acquisition risks, planned and implemented cutting-edge environmental management systems, and led legislative and regulatory initiatives on key environmental policy issues. John also served as President of TRC Environmental Corp. and Vice President of CH2M’s Environmental Services Business Group.
John has also held board leadership roles at nonprofits including Chair of Maine Media Workshops and College, Vice-Chair of the Environmental Law Institute, and StateTrustee of The Nature Conservancy. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a J.D. from Albany Law School.
