As a market transformation expert, Karen ensures that all program design and evaluation for our clients—including market research, customer insights, evaluation, strategic planning, and program management—deliver extraordinary results. With more than 20 years of experience in the energy and telecommunications industries, Karen is particularly adept at designing research that delivers actionable insights to drive customer engagement.
Prior to joining Cadmus, Karen was a member of the executive team for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), where she served in a variety of leadership positions for more than a decade. Most recently, she oversaw the execution of NEEA’s market transformation program portfolio. She previously developed and led NEEA’s market research, evaluation, strategic planning, and stakeholder services functions.
Karen holds a master’s in management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Emory University.
