Mark’s professional communication and program management skills draw upon more than a decade of developing and executing marketing and engagement initiatives for residential, commercial, and institutional audiences within the energy industry.
Mark is particularly adept in diagnosing market needs for emerging technologies and services and in developing results-oriented strategic communications, outreach, and engagement initiatives. He combines marketing technology with technical insights from Cadmus’ subject matter experts to develop highly targeted content and to deliver it through an omnichannel experience. His specific expertise includes marketing strategy and research, customer engagement, martech and digital media.
His previous work at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) consisted of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder, residential energy efficiency programs, designed to increase the supply of and demand for energy-efficient consumer products. In addition, he assisted in the design, implementation, and management of multiple bounty, rebate, incentive, and marketing initiatives.
Mark holds an MBA specializing in new ventures from the State University of New York at Albany and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Association of Energy Service Professionals.
