Sarah Duffy
Senior Associate

Sarah Duffy has more than 15 years of experience in project management, communications, and environmental outreach. As a senior member of the Strategic Marketing and Outreach Practice, Sarah provides strategic communications planning, content and materials development, event planning and logistics, and stakeholder engagement support to a variety of clients including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Highway Administration, Airport Cooperative Research Program, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, U.S. Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of Energy, the City of Simi Valley, and New England utilities. Sarah manages several communications task orders supporting EPA’s ENERGY STAR program to help EPA plan and execute impactful, cost effective market transformation strategies for energy efficiency in both products and buildings. Sarah is also a senior editor, providing editorial review for a range of products across Cadmus service areas—from technical guidance documents to public outreach materials to interactive training modules.
Prior to joining Cadmus, Sarah managed several USAID contracts for both international and domestic programs with Management Systems International. Her responsibilities included financial management, performance monitoring, and logistical support. As a Peace Corps Volunteer, Sarah provided training, outreach, and project support to her local counterparts on environmental education topics.
Sarah holds a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s dual degree in Environmental Studies and International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
