Yvette Richter

Yvette makes use of a wide range of participative, mobilization, and communications formats in her client consulting work, combining campaigns and regional days of action with classical communications, media, and public relations skills. She applies extraordinary expertise in the fields of sustainability, personnel and organizational development, and education to the design and implementation of dialogue, participation, and communications processes.

Yvette trained in industrial electronics at the Robert Bosch Fahrzeugelektrik Eisenach GmbH. During her professional career she gained extensive team leadership and training experience while overseeing personnel and quality management departments. In addition, Yvette developed her facilitation skills as a leader and facilitator at trainee seminars and public outreach activities, including career trainings for engineers.
