Cadmus to Deliver Full LEED Recertification Support for Cushman & Wakefield-Managed Property

Waltham, Mass., July 19, 2013—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) has been awarded a contract to conduct a full Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) gap assessment and facilitation for a Cushman & Wakefield-managed office and retail complex in downtown San Francisco. LEED is a program implemented by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for the rating and certification of high-performance green buildings. Cadmus and Cushman & Wakefield frequently collaborate to achieve LEED certification and recertification for Cushman & Wakefield properties as well as LEED training for its staff.

Cadmus conducts high-performance building consulting services for a broad range of clients, including federal agencies, state and local governments, and corporate and institutional real estate owners.
