Gerry Harris Joins Cadmus as Principal; Will Lead Superfund Consulting Services

Waltham, Mass., June 20, 2013—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today the addition of Gerry Harris as a principal. Harris will be responsible for leading and delivering expert consulting and advisory services relating to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), commonly known as Superfund, as well as environmental insurance claims analyses in the federal and commercial markets. He has supported the U.S. Department of Justice in the equitable settlement of claims in more than forty Superfund cases.

Harris brings to Cadmus more than 20 years of experience in the financial services, insurance, and consulting fields, with particular focus on the analysis and settlement of claims for environmental damages. He is an expert on Superfund liability, allocation, cost recovery analysis, and National Contingency Plan (NCP) compliance. He also has extensive experience in the investigation and settlement of commercial insurance claims related to environmental property damage and bodily injury claims stemming from workplace exposure to dust, noise, and mold.

“Gerry will bring significant assets to Cadmus’ exceptional range of environmental and public health consulting services,” said Ian Kline, Cadmus president and CEO. “His experience and expertise with Superfund and environmental liability will allow Cadmus to continue expanding the services we offer our clients in order to create social value through responsible environmental management.”

Harris comes to Cadmus from Project Performance Corporation (PPC), where he led the company’s CERCLA expert consulting and settlement advisory engagements and environmental insurance claims analysis. He is currently the lead financial auditor for several Department of Justice and U.S. Attorney’s Office projects.
