City of Boulder Contracts Cadmus to Conduct Residential Energy-Efficiency Program Review

Waltham, Mass., July 1, 2013— The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the city of Boulder, Colo., to assist a city staff team in identifying opportunities to increase participation in the city’s residential energy-efficiency service programs, EnergySmart and SmartRegs.

In recent years, Cadmus has worked with the city and Boulder County to develop residential energy savings initiatives, including initial program design, implementation planning, and mobilization and marketing strategies for EnergySmart.
