Cadmus to Update Lighting Planning Workbook for California Statewide Lighting Market Transformation Program

Waltham, Mass., August 20, 2013—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that it has been awarded a contract to update a statewide program-planning tool for California’s electric investor-owned utilities (IOUs). The tool, called the Lighting Solutions Workbook, will facilitate program planning by aggregating data from the latest research to convey the state of the lighting market across major market sectors and applications. This will help lighting program managers prioritize opportunities to pursue based on potential energy savings, technology, and market barriers.

Cadmus provides support to energy agencies and utilities across the United States through a wide array of services, including potential assessment and market characterization and research. Cadmus assists energy providers’ demand-side management (DSM) programs with services from initial program design and market research to award-winning marketing and branding.

California’s electric IOUs offer a number of resources, solutions, and incentives to clients and community organizations who are interested in reducing their energy consumption through energy-efficient electrical options.
