Cadmus Awarded 5-Year Contract to Support EPA Region 5 Water Quality Efforts

Waltham, Mass., October 25, 2013—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that it has been awarded a five-year contract to provide the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 with support for work related to the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative and other regional efforts to improve water quality. EPA Region 5 serves Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin and 35 tribes.

Under this contract, Cadmus will work with the EPA Region 5 Water Division to monitor water quality, assess water quality conditions, and advance the protection and restoration of watersheds and water bodies through the use of point and nonpoint source pollution controls and the development of ecosystem restoration tools.

Cadmus’ watershed science and management services support EPA and other clients with a combination of qualifications in hydrology, ecology, planning, and environmental data analysis to address environmental challenges on the local, state, and national scales.
