Cadmus to Deliver Website Support and Expansion for EPA Corporate Climate Leadership Website

Waltham, Mass., January 14, 2014—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that it has been awarded a contract to support the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by enhancing and expanding the technical materials available on EPA’s Center for Corporate Climate Leadership website. Cadmus will be working closely with team member WSP to provide technical assistance in the form of online tools and resources to help participants inventory and reduce their organization-wide greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

EPA’s current focus is on reaching out to more organizations and encouraging them to use these tools to reduce their carbon footprints. Previous experience positions Cadmus to provide optimal support for this endeavor. Beginning in 2002, over the course of EPA’s Climate Leaders program’s lifespan, the Cadmus team (including WSP) helped EPA design and launch the program and expand its technical offerings, including the Simplified GHG Emissions Calculator, the GHG Goal Evaluation Model, and the Emissions Factor Hub. These tools continue to reside online at the Center for Corporate Climate Leadership for the benefit of organizations interested in exploring ways to reduce their carbon footprints.

Sustainability is increasingly recognized as a fundamental component in the operations of successful enterprises. Cadmus offers a comprehensive array of sustainability consulting services to help clients set and meet their sustainability objectives.

About the Center for Corporate Climate Leadership

EPA’s Center for Corporate Climate Leadership (“The Center”) was launched in 2012 to establish norms of climate leadership by encouraging organizations with emerging climate objectives to identify and achieve cost-effective GHG emission reductions while helping more advanced organizations drive innovations in reducing their greenhouse gas impacts in their supply chains and beyond. The Center serves as a comprehensive resource to help organizations of all sizes measure and manage GHG emissions, providing technical tools, ground-tested guidance, educational resources, and opportunities for information sharing and peer exchange among organizations interested in reducing the environmental impacts associated with climate change.
