Cadmus-Supported Campaign Receives NAGC Blue Pencil & Gold Screen Award of Excellence
Washington, DC, July 23, 2014—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) ENERGY STAR® Certified New Homes program, supported by Cadmus, has been recognized by the National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC) with a Blue Pencil & Gold Screen Award of Excellence for Promotional Campaigns (costing more than $100,000). Cadmus and partner Crosby Marketing are helping EPA communicate the peace of mind, quality, comfort, and energy savings that come from ENERGY STAR® certified new homes to consumers through brochures, factsheets, videos, and web design.
The NAGC Blue Pencil & Gold Screen Awards Competition, held in conjunction with the NAGC 2014 Communications School, salutes superior communications efforts of government agencies and recognizes the people who create the products.
Cadmus has worked with the ENERGY STAR® program for more than 10 years to promote the use of energy-saving products, homes, and buildings and to raise awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. Cadmus helps EPA and others take actions that build coalitions and communicate information to improve people’s lives and create social value.
