Cadmus Supports LEED Certification for Arlington, Va., Penzance-Managed Property
Waltham, Mass., July 25, 2014—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that it will be conducting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED) for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance support services for client Penzance Management on an eight-story, 135,000-square-foot office building owned by American Realty Advisors in Arlington, Va.
LEED is a program implemented by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for the rating and certification of high performance green buildings. Cadmus has guided more than 80 buildings around the world to certification under the LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance rating system.
