Cadmus Appoints Kerri Morehart Vice President of Human Resources
Waltham, Mass., March 16, 2015—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that Kerri Morehart has joined the firm as vice president of human resources. Morehart brings to Cadmus more than 25 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and talent management.
“Kerri will add another valuable perspective and dimension to our leadership team,” said President and CEO Ian Kline. “She brings extensive experience in the strategic and operational aspects of human capital planning, along with a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding employee development, training programs, employee relations, and benefits.”
Morehart comes to Cadmus from federal contractor Phacil, where she served as chief human resources officer. She has also managed HR functions at Pragmatics, Inc., Fannie Mae, and SRA International—the latter of which was recognized as one of Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” for seven consecutive years during her tenure. Throughout her career, she has consistently overseen initiatives to strengthen organizations’ recruiting programs and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and performance.
“Cadmus’ staff are smart, dynamic, and genuinely committed to helping make the world a better place,” said Morehart. “I’m looking forward to working with the team to continue to attract and foster the exceptional talent that Cadmus is known for.”
Morehart takes over HR leadership from the retiring Mary Raynard, who worked with Cadmus for over 14 years.
