What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our Contracts Team that has the desire and knowledge to make a positive difference at Cadmus. In this leadership role, the ideal candidate will be a strategic and tactical thought leader on a portfolio of diverse programs, mostly comprised of contracts with government and commercial customers for Cadmus' Technology Solutions Division. This person will also be responsible for all phases of the contract management lifecycle, from the pre-proposal stage, through contract closeout.
This position plays a critical role within the company and will include programs that require a strong knowledge of commercial and public sector contracting. In this role, the ideal candidate will report to the Vice President of Contracts and will interface across the business with the Project Teams, Finance, Accounting, Business Development, and members of the leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Developing customer intimacy and being the focal point for customer communications
- Particiapate in the bid and proposal process
- Provide daily contract management support for the contracts, subcontracts, and program staff
- Advise teams on regulations and interpret terms and conditions on contracts and subcontracts
- Managing subcontractor and consultant agreements
- Negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, MOU’s NDA’s, and Teaming Agreements
- Ensure compiance with company policies and proedures as well as federal and other applicable agency regulations
- Providing full compliance with the Cadmus procurement processes
- Serve as a trusted business advisor to the program staff on contractual, procurement, business, legal and government compliance issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in government and commercial contracting
- Experience negotiating complexcontracts and subcontracts, including consulting agreements
- Demonstrated business acumen with a positive, pro-active mindset
- Experience in all aspects, radle to grave contracts and subcontracts
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative team leader
- Proficient in MS office suite and contract administration
Additional Information:
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.
Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $125,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
