Cadmus Awarded Contract to Provide LEED Certification Services for Biola University

May 28, 2013—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) has been contracted by Biola University to provide fundamental and enhanced commissioning services to support the university’s pursuit of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for New Construction (NC) certification for its North Residence Hall in La Mirada, Calif. LEED is a program implemented by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for the rating and certification of high performance green buildings.

Cadmus provides a full range of commissioning services for new and existing construction projects in the private and public sectors, including for institutional facilities such as universities and hospitals.

Biola University is a private Christian university located in Southern California. The university has decided to pursue LEED certification for all future building projects in accordance with its stewardship mission.
