Cadmus Contracted to Support JBG Companies in LEED EBOM Review
Waltham, Mass., Jan. 2, 2013—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) has been contracted by JBG Companies to support JBG’s in-house Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) existing building operations and management (EBOM) team in preparation for the final Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) review of a JBG property in Maryland. LEED is a program implemented by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for the rating and certification of high-performance green buildings.
Cadmus conducts LEED Application Reviews for a broad range of clients, including federal agencies, state and local governments, and corporate and institutional real estate owners. Cadmus’ building support capabilities encompass every stage of the building development lifecycle, from planning, through design and construction, to monitoring and verification. These services can be employed for multiple levels of capacity, from single buildings to volume or campus levels. Cadmus has conducted LEED application reviews for more than 1,200 separate buildings.
