Cadmus to Support Louis Berger Group on Climate Assessments for U.S. Government Agencies

Waltham, Mass., December 2, 2014—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract to support consulting firm the Louis Berger Group, Inc. with climate change vulnerability assessments for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The Corps has engaged Cadmus’ support to expand the capabilities of the climate change decision support tool Cadmus developed under previous task orders. The tool will be used at multiple levels within the Corps, and across the nation, to screen watersheds for the ways in which and the extent to which the Corps’ programs are vulnerable to climate change. Cadmus will also provide outreach to multiple U.S. government agencies that the Corps believes will benefit from using the tool for their own climate change vulnerability assessments, which are required by Executive Order 13653.

Cadmus provides climate change support services for state, local, and federal government entities. These services include technical assessments, training, and resiliency reporting to help communities prepare for and continue to thrive in a changing climate. Learn more.
