Allie Marshall leads Cadmus’ program performance and design practice. She has more than 20 years of experience leading utility program design, evaluation, regulatory support and market research for energy efficiency, demand response, renewable energy, and transportation electrification programs. Her responsibilities include oversight of primary research and data analysis spanning customer and market actor insights and non-energy benefits to transportation electrification infrastructure investments, testimony development, and stakeholder collaborative leadership, as well as innovative client driven tools to advance electrification. She advises clients on pilot and community transformation efforts and provides ongoing guidance on program refinement, implementation, and regulatory reporting.
Allie holds a master’s degree in environmental policy and management from Denver University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Minnesota. In addition, she holds a certificate in alternative dispute resolution and is a trained mediator and sits on the IEPEC board.
