Ashley Arayas
Senior Associate
Ashley Arayas supports federal and state agencies, watershed groups, associations, and inter-agency workgroups in their missions to improve public health and facilitate environmental protection. She has over ten years’ experience providing communications and outreach, strategic and technical facilitation, and training support to regulatory and voluntary programs across the U.S. Ashley focuses on the intersection of clean water and drinking water programs to enact lasting improvements across the water sector and ensure sustainable ecosystem management.
Prior to joining Cadmus, she worked as a management consultant, providing alternative analysis, strategic communications, and training support to federal agencies, private clients, and non-profit organizations.
Ashley holds a master’s degree in environmental science and policy with a concentration in ecological management from the Johns Hopkins University Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College. She is a member of the American Water Works Association and holds a Professional Workshop Facilitator Certification from Transformation Academy.
