Chris Frothingham


Chris Frothingham brings more than 28 years of management consulting experience working with large commercial and government clients in the United States and internationally. Chris leads the enterprise optimization practice in Cadmus’ strategy and transformation service area, where he collaborates with leaders across organizations on strategic planning, design and implementation of people, process and technology modernization, and improvement initiatives.  
Prior to joining Cadmus, Chris was a Partner and Managing Director of client experience at Wheelhouse Group, a management consultancy offering specialized expertise in change management, strategic communications, workforce transformation, and business optimization across federal agencies and the private sector. 

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University and an advanced certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology from MIT.
