Courtney Ferraro

Senior Associate

Courtney Ferraro has 12 years of experience in project and program management and 10 years of experience in communications and outreach, including experience designing, managing, and facilitating stakeholder events across a range of audiences. Her work includes project management, outreach and education, community engagement, technical assistance, event planning and execution, document editing, and regulatory guidance support. This work covers a variety of topics including solar photovoltaics (PV), wind energy, electric vehicles, water security, water quality, greenhouse gas emissions, energy independence, and climate change mitigation and adaptation. Courtney’s skills extend beyond her work with federal, state, and local government clients. She manages Cadmus’ annual greenhouse gas inventory and public disclosure as well as supports various internal working groups.

Prior to joining Cadmus, Courtney managed solar PV incentive programs and community engagement in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental analysis from Boston University and a Master of Public Policy specializing in Energy, Environmental, and Climate Policy from the University of Maryland.
