Dennis Lauer
Chief Information Officer
As Cadmus’ CIO, Dennis is responsible for optimizing corporate information technology (IT) costs and performance, developing IT business opportunities, and ensuring operational delivery. He brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in IT operations management and business development and capture to Cadmus. He has a background in integrating corporate strategy, goals and objectives with IT architecture, planning and execution in public and private sector organizations of all sizes.
Before joining Cadmus, Dennis served as deputy chief operations officer of Pragmatics and general manager of the firm’s federal civilian IT portfolio. Previously, Dennis served as vice president of management and administration at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, where he provided oversight of IT, procurement, security, capacity building, and enterprise risk management and internal controls. Dennis also served as CIO at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where he was responsible for IT strategic planning, security, privacy, policy, budget and corporate performance planning. Dennis also held a variety of positions at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), where he served on major, innovative IT initiatives in more than 70 countries. In 2021, he was named CIO of the Year in the private sector category by WashingtonExec.
Dennis holds a Top Secret (SBI) security clearance.
