Donna Jensen

Principal

With more than 35 years of experience with the Safe Drinking Water Act and its amendments, Donna helps federal, state, and local government clients achieve their public health and sustainability goals using practical and feasible approaches. Her expertise is in water system emergency preparedness, compliance, and treatment effectiveness via technical guidance materials, training, and operator certification programs. Donna also leads our water system infrastructure study efforts for USEPA, and tribal operations and maintenance costs studies for the Indian Health Service.

Previously, she was part of the management staff for Montana’s Public Water Supply Program where she developed robust field services and compliance assistance programs. She also has extensive experience conducting laboratory analyses for microbial contaminants and indicator organisms in drinking water.

Donna holds a master’s degree in microbiology with a water quality emphasis from Colorado State University (CSU) and a bachelor’s degree (also from CSU).
