Farrah Andersen

Farrah Andersen is a Cadmus practice lead focused on sustainability, resilience, and social analysis. She directs projects on behalf of government, nonprofit, and business clients to address infrastructure and social challenges related to renewable energy, climate mitigation, and resilience. As a trained facilitator and certified mediator, Farrah brings these skills to all her client engagements. She also has expertise in sustainable finance.
Previously, Farrah served as chief of staff for corporate social responsibility at Bank of the West, BNP Paribas. Farrah holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a bachelor’s degree in political economy from the University of California Berkeley.
