Joiwind Ronen

Principal

Joiwind Ronen leads Cadmus’ workforce transformation and inclusion practice. She has spent the past 20 years pursuing her passion to help mission-driven organizations better serve the needs of the American public. She uses her skills as a strategist, change agent, and facilitator to engage stakeholders, develop skills, and increase their impact.  

In 2022, Joiwind joined Cadmus through the acquisition of Wheelhouse Group, where she led company growth and strategy. In 2005, she founded Ethos Strategic Consulting which helped dozens of public organizations better engage their stakeholders. Ethos was acquired by Wheelhouse Group in 2019.  

Prior to 2005, she was the Executive Director of The American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) and a managing director at Touchstone Consulting (now GDIT). Joiwind began her career leading the eGovernment Consortium at the Council for Excellence in Government. 

Joiwind received a bachelor’s degree in politics from Pomona College and a Master of Public Policy on a Truman Scholarship from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She received a certificate in Executive Transition Management through Compass Point on a grant from the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
