Martina joined ifok in 2017. She brings 20 years of experience in human resources, particularly in personnel and organizational development, talent management and in guiding change management. Martina lived in the United Kingdom for more than seven years, where she gained wide-ranging international experience working for organizations such as Hewlett Packard and Microsoft. She has exceptional expertise in discussion facilitation, solving conflicts, and coaching.
