Matt Gilchrist

Senior Associate

Matt Gilchrist is an experienced project manager with over a decade of experience in homeland security, doctrine development and implementation, project management, and policy analysis. He has extensive experience managing projects and leading project teams across a range of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) operational and preparedness components.

During his time at Cadmus, Matt has managed a variety of projects in support of FEMA’s response to COVID-19, led a portfolio of transformational engagements with FEMA’s Recovery Directorate, and managed multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts. Prior to joining Cadmus, he held a variety of international affairs and media positions, both in the United States and abroad.

Matt holds a master’s degree in middle east studies from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington.
