Rebecca Cressman has 20 years of experience and a unique change management, communications, and UX skill set. Her best-practice frameworks have already helped over 100,000 employees and customers adapt to IT/technology, digital, organizational and workplace culture changes.
Most recently, her strategic change communications approach helped the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) solve for business process requirement gaps and contributed to a 1000% increase in customer account sign-ins. She’s also working with the Department of Education to support an organization-wide data culture workforce transformation.
She’s a former Fulbright Scholar to Australia with global experience across a variety of business, NGO and government sectors. Rebecca holds a BA in Communication Studies and an MA and MPhil in Film Studies.Return to Our Team
