Rianne Rome has been empowering both government and private sector organizations and individuals to succeed for more than 25 years. Her focus is leveraging her expertise in business and organizational development to help others achieve their dreams. As part of Cadmus’ workforce transformation practice, Rianne is helping clients evolve for the better and deliver on their mission.
Prior to joining Cadmus, Rianne was a talent development executive with a global logistics firm. She has also led human resources for a prominent educational travel provider and worked as a consultant with a network of government and university entities.
Rianne has an MBA as well as a SHRM-SCP certification.
