Cadmus Announces Reorganization and Additions to Executive Leadership Team
New Roles Highlight Firm’s Expanding Global Footprint, Data Analytics Capabilities, and Focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
WALTHAM, Mass., November 23, 2021—Cadmus announced changes to its executive leadership team, including three new additions promoted from within the organization and several promotions and role changes within the current executive team.
“Each of these promotions and expanded roles strengthens the leadership structure at Cadmus, enhancing our ability to help our clients achieve their critical missions,” said President and CEO Ian Kline. “Never in Cadmus’ history has there been a greater need for our unique service offerings and expertise, and our outstanding leadership team is well positioned to ensure we continue developing and delivering best-in-class solutions to our clients.”
The new additions to the executive team include:
Neil Veilleux, Vice President in the Energy Services sector. As the head of Cadmus’ distributed energy resources (DER) practice, Veilleux has cultivated powerful offerings in building and transportation electrification, DER integration, decarbonization, and other areas of critical importance to governments and utilities. He is a driving force behind the development of Cadmus’ proprietary clean energy tools and applications, which combine advanced data analytics with subject matter expertise to enable transformative outcomes for organizations in the public and private sectors.
W. Sean McLaughlin, Vice President in the Homeland Security sector. McLaughlin has been critical in building Cadmus’ capabilities focused on collecting, analyzing, and communicating data across the firm’s safety, security, and resilience solutions. He is highly regarded by Cadmus clients and partners for his expertise in assessing and improving national, state, and local preparedness and has supported and led some of the U.S. government’s highest-profile emergency and disaster preparedness evaluation efforts, including the annual National Preparedness Report.
Chudi Ekpunobi, Vice President of Accounting and Controller. Ekpunobi has been the key player in the implementation of new systems and processes at Cadmus and has been instrumental in managing project cost accounting, operations, and staff of the Accounting department.
Promotions and role changes within the current executive team include:
Kerri Morehart, Chief Human Resources Officer. Morehart has long played a vital role in the leadership of the organization. Her responsibilities as the head of Cadmus’ HR department have expanded significantly with Cadmus’ global expansion as she takes the lead in ensuring the firm navigates the complex requirements associated with hiring and managing in-country employees in offices around the world.
Matt Modica, Senior Vice President of Contracts. In addition to leading Cadmus’ domestic contracts function, Modica recently added several globally focused roles to his scope of responsibility, including oversight of the contracts function for Cadmus’ overseas ventures, Cadmus Europe and Cadmus Korea.
Dawn-Marie Gray, Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Since joining Cadmus in early 2021, Gray has partnered with company leaders to develop long-term business strategies that embed the DEI practice throughout the firm’s operations, increasing awareness, mitigating biases, building leadership capacity, and leveraging data to promote accountability and measure progress. Her accomplishments include developing the Cadmus DEI Mission and Vision statements, working with Ian Kline to join CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, organizing the inaugural CEO Action Day of Understanding, and designing and launching the Cadmus DEI Passport Program, a year-long learning curriculum.
Jim Sprague, Vice President of Analytics and Data Science. Sprague works with Cadmus subject matter experts throughout the United States and Europe to help the firm’s clients achieve their optimal outcomes by joining best-in-class analytics with industry-leading expertise. He currently leads the development of the Cadmus Analytics Platform, an enterprise-wide data management, modeling, and reporting platform, and has taken the lead role in building the firm’s analytics tools and applications.
