Cadmus Teams with Riverside to Win National Ocean Service Strategy and Human Capital Development Support Contract

ARLINGTON, Va., October 22, 2024—Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities, and private sector companies worldwide, partnered with Riverside Technology, inc., which has been awarded a multi-million dollar contract to support the National Ocean Service (NOS) Management and Budget Office (MBO) under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Through this award, Riverside and Cadmus will provide strategy, performance, evaluation, policy, and human capital support services to the thousands of staff who work for NOS.

Under this contract, Cadmus will leverage its extensive stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, workforce transformation, and enterprise optimization expertise to support and implement the NOS strategic planning process and evaluate the quality and performance of NOS’ mission programs and service delivery. Cadmus will lead human capital services for MBO, including providing instructional design and support and facilitating diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) workforce priorities. Our specialists will further NOS strategic goals to build staff capacity, improve employee experience and engagement, and facilitate organizational culture change related to DEIA strategic goals.
