Executive Leaders Receive Honors

Cadmus Recognized at 2022 WashingtonExec Pinnacle Awards

ARLINGTON, Va., December 1, 2022—Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities, and private sector companies worldwide, announced Dawn-Marie Gray, the firm’s Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, has been named WashingtonExec’s 2022 private sector Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive of the Year.  

The Pinnacle Awards honor industry leaders in their respective fields and in the government industry. Cadmus’ Chief Human Resources Officer, Kerri Morehart, (HR Executive of the Year) and Nathan Smith, Senior Vice President of Government Services, (Climate Change Executive of the Year) were recognized as finalists. The award event was held on November 30, 2022, at the Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner, Virginia.   

Gray has helped to shape and advance new DEI initiatives and programs for Cadmus that support staff across the organization and help to facilitate an ever-more diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment. She also focuses on amplifying the firm’s mission and values, while looking ahead to build upon Cadmus’ accomplishments in the DEIA space.
