What You’ll Be Doing
Business Analyst and Training Specialist to support critical transformation initiatives at our AT&T client. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen This dual-role opportunity offers a blend of business analysis, user research, stakeholder engagement, and training documentation responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can move seamlessly between technical and non-technical teams, document complex processes into clear epics and user stories, and develop effective training materials to drive user adoption. This role will be split approximately 50/50 between BA responsibilities and Training Documentation support for an adjacent project.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and AT&T stakeholders to define and document project epics, features, and user stories.
- Write clear, concise, and detailed epic and requirement documentation aligned with Agile delivery practices.
- Serve as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal technical teams to ensure shared understanding of project goals.
- Facilitate meetings, demos, and requirement validation sessions.
- Track and manage requirements through the development lifecycle, ensuring traceability and timely updates.
- Analyze project requirements and workflows to design targeted, easy-to-understand training materials for end users.
- Create user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, , and other training assets as needed.
- Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), product owners, and the client to validate and refine training content.
- Ensure training materials are aligned with project objectives and end-user needs, and update them as the platform evolves.
Qualifications:
- Experience with telecommunication services
- 4–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, Instructional Designer, or similar hybrid role.
- Strong skills in user research, stakeholder communication, and requirement documentation (epics, user stories, features).
- Experience creating training manuals and user-focused documentation for enterprise systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects and work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Miro is a plus

The minimum starting salary for this position is $100,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
