Overview
What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus is seeking a Data Tester to work with one of our commercial clients within the mortgage financial industry, providing complex Data Management and Analyses in a large, big data enterprise environment. This person will analyze the existing system interfaces, processes, and tools to identify shortcomings and new opportunities with the goal of improving efficiencies. They will participate in architecture review with business lead and architecture/tech teams and support and execute business level testing of interfaces and data exchange to ensure developed features work properly. The role will be working in our client's office (McLean, VA). We are not able to offer VISA sponsorship. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities
- Define data test strategies or test framework
- Document data test approach and test plans
- Execute test plans and capture test results
- Collaborate with data analysts and other data testers
- Validate test results
- Work with client SME’s to determine resolution of test issues identified
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5+ years of data testing experience
- Strong SQL skills, experience comparing large complex data sets
- Familiarity with mortgage, banking, financial services, insurance data
- Fannie/Freddie Mortgage data experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with Snowflake
- Agile knowledge and experience, SAFe preferred
- R, Python experience nice to have
Additional Information:
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $115,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
