When we acquired Quantec in 2008, we expanded our energy efficiency and renewable energy expertise, and with Obsidian Analysis, we offer best-in-class security and resilience experience. When we acquired ifok and Meister Consultants Group, we grew our capabilities in change management, sustainability policy, and stakeholder engagement. We further enhanced our European offerings with the acquisition of RaikeSchwertner, a full-service agency specializing in the strategic communication of complex topics and products, with a particular focus on sociopolitical and economic transformation processes.

When we acquired Wheelhouse Group, we significantly expanded our change management capabilities, especially in the IT modernization, citizen services, and workforce transformation spaces. We increased our global presence and impact with the acquisition of Nathan Associates, Inc., integrating their longstanding international development technical expertise and financial advisory services. Most recently, we acquired Ventera, a technology consulting firm that solves complex challenges for business and government through agile, human-centered design, DevSecOps, leading-edge technologies and practices, and pioneering innovation.
