What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile transformation journey. In this role, you will serve as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Team Facilitator, driving the adoption of Agile practices across multiple teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for mentoring Scrum Masters, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding teams through complex challenges and enabling enterprise-level agility.

Responsibilities
Serve as a Scrum Master for one or multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Act as an Agile Coach, mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with leadership to align Agile initiatives with business objectives.
Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies and support organizational change efforts.
Foster a high-performing team environment focused on delivering customer value.
Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders for transparency and informed decision-making.
Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance Agile knowledge and capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Lead in a scaled Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and Lean principles.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals on Agile practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving Agile transformations and cultural change.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally, VersionOne).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent are highly desirable.
Additional Information:
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $100,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
