Ms. Criswell was a principal at Cadmus from 2017-2019 in the firm’s homeland security sector, where she led the emergency management team. During her tenure at Cadmus, Ms. Criswell spearheaded engagement with state and local homeland security and emergency management clients and expanded Cadmus’ capability to address key issues including natural hazards, terrorist attacks, climate resilience, and public health risks.
