Her work ranges from ensuring effective contract management and compliance, identifying and mitigating contractual and business risk, driving strategic initiatives and growth, strengthening operational excellence, and developing staff. Christy is known for her commitment to continuous improvement, building trusted relationships and delivering successful program execution through close collaboration with all stakeholders.
With over 20 years of experience in professional services, Christy has built a career at the intersection of people, process, and performance. Her expertise includes designing and implementing organizational systems, leading programs, transforming operations and processes, developing risk-mitigation strategies, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, overseeing audits, and delivering training. She began her career in psychiatric rehabilitation, where she spent a decade guiding programs that empowered individuals, strengthened communities, and paired purpose with progress. From supporting individuals with serious mental illness to navigating the introduction of new electronic authorization systems, that foundation in mission-driven program leadership continues to inform her collaborative, pragmatic approach today.
