Danielle Germain

Danielle Germain directs the firm’s strategy and transformation business, which includes the change management, strategic planning, workforce transformation, and technology enablement practices. With a career spanning more than two decades, Danielle is a recognized subject matter expert in organizational change management, specializing in the design and execution of large-scale transformation initiatives in the federal agencies.

As a strategic advisor and practice leader, Danielle oversees high-impact account teams for at the Department of Commerce, General Services Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, National Park Service, and Department of Labor. Her leadership is defined by a “results-first” methodology that bridges the gap between high-level policy mandates and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Danielle has held leadership roles across government, management consulting, nonprofits, and trade associations. This multifaceted background allows her to provide clients with unique perspectives on program management and operational efficiency. Known for her ability to build and lead high-preforming teams, she is an exceptional communicator who prioritizes superior customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Danielle holds a master’s degree in international relations and economics from The Johns Hopkins School of Advance International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor’s degree in politics from Mount Holyoke College. Danielle is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed Georgetown University’s Change Management Advanced Practitioners (CMAP) certification.
