Peter Jardine leads all of Cadmus’ mergers and acquisitions activities, from identification and assessment of all potential strategic acquisitions to deal execution. Peter also leads other critical corporate activities across the global organization such as our strategic planning process, oversees our organic growth and marketing and communications efforts, and manages the global governance requirements and activities for Cadmus’ various U.S. and international entities and subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Cadmus in 2001, Peter was a senior regulatory advisor to the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority in Vancouver, British Columbia, and worked for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia; the British Columbia Ministry of Environment, Lands, and Parks; the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C.; and the Canadian Consulate General in Los Angeles.
Peter holds a master’s degree in environmental policy and management from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Honors Program at the University of British Columbia. He also completed graduate studies at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
