Praveen joined Cadmus in 2024 through its acquisition of Ventera, where over 19 years, he built Ventera’s growth engines, most notably its Innovation Center, Delivery Excellence Office, and software factory, and led pivotal proposals that secured marquee programs, helping the firm quadruple in size. Known as the go-to strategist and closer, he turned around critical programs and safeguarded delivery when trust was on the line.
With over 25 years in technology leadership, Praveen has guided organizations through every major shift and developed innovations that reshaped global norms. Yet what he values most, even more than building what never existed, is growing the people who make it possible. Renowned for unlocking the best in high-performing teams, his leadership has driven over $2 billion in delivery and growth, helping clients stay ahead of change, never chasing it.
Praveen holds a bachelor’s degree from Mysore University, an executive management certificate from Stanford University, and a data science certificate from MIT. He is a SAFe Program Consultant, an ICAgile-accredited Agile Coach, and holds additional certifications across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), architecture, AI/ML, Java, Microsoft, Big Data, and human-centered design.
